Our Active Health centre incorporates a variety of areas, to accommodate all levels of activity: a swimming pool, a guided strength room, an area for neuromotor development, an activation room, a body and mind room, an outdoor balance training area and an outdoor sports area with a pickleball court and petanque terrain.
