The amounts that must be contributed to be a member of the cooperative are:

– The registration fee, non-refundable, which consists of the amount of one hundred and fifty euros,

– When formalizing the admission as a partner, the contribution to the share capital of six hundred euros

– Until the cost of the housing unit is completed, successive mandatory contributions will be made at different milestones.

The first and most important contribution will be for the acquisition of the land, the following contributions will be for the payment of building licenses, urbanization, architects and technicians.

All contributions will be guaranteed by a guarantor or an insurance policy, as required by law. Payments, for their part, will be justified by work certifications. There will be a temporary provision to have enough cash to meet all payments.
